Consultation

The most important step in designing a sign is for our team to understand exactly what you want. During the consultation, we’ll talk over what you want your sign to communicate and how you want it to look. If you have a logo, we can incorporate it, and if you’re in need of a logo refresh, we can help with that, too.

We’ll come prepared with a few key questions for you in order to get the most accurate picture of what your future sign will look like, and this is a great time to ask our team about anything that might be on your mind.

Design and mock-ups

Once the consultation is completed, we’ll start the process of designing your sign. If you already have a design in mind, then that’s no problem — we can layout your design and show you what it will look like on the sign of your choice.

If you don’t have a design in mind, then we’ll use our notes from the consultation to create a sign that matches your brand image — including logo, colors, fonts, and more — while also communicating all of the information you need to display — including name, hours, locations, and more.

We’ll complete a full mock-up of your future custom sign, so you can make any edits you want before we begin the creation process.

Making the sign

Once you’ve approved your sign design, we’ll get to work on the manufacturing process. Since we’re able to produce your sign in-house, the process will be as quick and efficient as possible. Our designers use high-quality manufacturing tools to ensure that your sign is created to be a precise match of the mock-up.

Installing the sign

While some signs are easy to install themselves, like wire step stake signs and A-frame signs, some of the larger or more permanent signs will require the help of an expert. The Jack Rabbit team offers installation for the majority of our signs in the Raleigh and Greater Triangle area.
